Required qualifications:

• university education – preferred in finance, accounting, economics, computer science or similar fields,

Responsibilities:

• carry out the SAP system implementation projects
• participation in consulting projects aimed at analyzing and reorganizing business processes in terms of ERP system implementation,
• providing support and development services for implemented solutions

Required qualifications:

• Nice to have: experience in IT recruitment, e.g., SAP, SalesForce,
• Communicative English at least B2 level,
• Knowledge of German is a plus,
• Highly developed interpersonal skills,
• Enthusiasm and commitment to achieving set goals,
• Proactive attitude, independence in action, and responsibility for assigned tasks,
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Independent management of recruitment projects, including telephone interviews and recruitment meetings with candidates,
• Maintaining a candidate database,
• Maintaining positive relationships with candidates,
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with candidates,
• Client contacts,
• Preparing contracts and project orders,
• Actively seeking new sources and methods of candidate acquisition.
